God’s love is so precious, more precious than our mother’s love. The Bible says, God so loved the world that He sent His only begotten Son that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).
God created us and He loves to have fellowship with us. God had a great fellowship with Adam and Eve in the garden of Eden before they sinned. Even when they sinned and were banished from the garden of Eden, before He cast them away, God made garments of skin and clothed them (Genesis 3:21).
Everyday happenings, both small and big events in our life prove that God’s love for us is faithful and never changing. He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous (Matthew 5:45). He never leaves us nor forsakes us (Deuteronomy 31:8). His promises are always true (1 Corinthians 1:9).
As we are created in God’s image, we are His ambassadors and are called to love our fellow beings. Jesus was the perfect example of love. His pure love was displayed on the cross of Calvary, where He shed His blood for us, for our past, present and future sins.
If He is a loving God, what hinders us from loving our fellow beings?
